The US Army and Air Force signed an agreement on the concept of joint development in all fields

The US Army and Air Force announced last week that they have signed a two-year cooperation agreement to develop a concept for joint operations across all domains.

According to an Air Force press release, the various branches of the military have agreed to establish what they refer to as the Joint Joint Command and Control (CJADC2) at the "most basic" level, adding a "C" to the usual JADC2, representing the efforts of each branch to connect sensors with shooters.

The announcement stated that the agreement will also affect the training, exercises, and demonstrations of the joint forces.




The Navy and Air Force announced a handshake agreement at the end of last year regarding the development of JADC2.




Each branch, including newly established space forces, must learn to communicate with each other and successfully access data, reconnaissance, and intelligence collected from the joint network, "the announcement said.
